I'm still here...

HMMMMMMMMMMM... Awwrighty!!!! Got sidetracked a lil bit. Had a few hurdles, but I now have my thinking cap back on, and turned in the right direction. With the FBs, Twitters, Instagrams, vimeos, and blah blah blah, social media has gotten out of control. Now, let me re-connect all my stuff, and try this again

CLARITY w/ age

August 1st, 2012 was the official start date of a slightly different creative journey for me. Art to me has always been the process of creating illustrations on paper, painting on canvas, videos, photography, music, ETC... and the list goes on. However, here is a question for you to ponder, have you ever considered the ART of CREATING your BEST PHYSIQUE??

I've heard things like this in different ways, watched the 2 totally separate worlds (art & fitness) with a resourceful eye, but never quite putting them together ... at least not for my own purpose. So maybe spending time in the gym, eating cleaner, looking for details of your body to change/improve makes you the canvas?? Hmmmm.

So back to my point, August 1 of this year marked the beginning of the journey for me creating the best physique I can put on stage. For the next 5 years, I'm going to compete in Men's Physique Competitions, and share my experiences on this artistic road as best I can with all of you. Whether it's, video, photos, or just words I'll keep whoever chooses to pay attention somewhat entertained, my way. LOL Oh yeah, first show is Nov 3, 2012.

All that to say that NOW, I truly am the ART.
