Even today ...

This guy has pretty much been playing in the background of my life since his first release. Even today, I have him as a ringtone, and in regular rotation on my ipod.  He discovered my favorite hip-hop group of all time (Pete Rock & C.L. Smooth), and ... Wow. His music always felt like a good time, and he never cursed on a record to get a point across. This dude was like family not just to me, but to a lot of you who grew up in the 80s, 90s ...
