Short Story Behind Driven II Live Poster

So I'm thinking to myself, "We need a big look of advertisement that really blows us out of the water. Hmmmmm... we need a movie poster!!!" We can't come with the camera phone pic, its gotta be competitive, and at least look entertaining.

I'm thinking, "Well, we've got pro cameras! We'll shoot a few shots and we'll be on our way." Not the case at all. The shots came out nice and cute, but not BAM WE'RE HERE! LOL

A photoshop purchase was not about to happen, just wasn't in the budget. Besides, the learning curve would've been waaay to steep for what I wanted to do. By the time I finished on my own, the show would've been called Driven II Die. LOL

One of the biggest lessons I learned from our past projects was sometimes its better to outsource than be a complete DIY. So I called in some help, "Brian we need to look... "

I sent Brian over a few pics and gave him about 3 or 4 instructions, then I took all that back and gave him the freedom to be the creative genius he is... "Dude, you have your creative freedom, but don't have blood dripping, and ghouls all over the place." He said cool ...

When he sent the poster back all I could do was stare at it. The poster was waaaay beyond what I'd hoped!! The problem was how in the hell was I gonna be able to follow that aggressive "movie poster" with a cute home movie? LOL Guess I really had to step my game up!
